Björn Karlsson

 Björn Karlsson has been writing lyrics and poetry since he was a child.  The poetry and drums found each other in the beginning of the nineties and in the early days he performed for only his closest circle of friends.  But soon enough different festival arrangers made contact and new wind filled his sails with promise.

Today Björn also runs the company "Poesibjörnen", which consists of  book publishing, a recordcompany and drum making.  Björn builds and creates the drums he performs with. He started to develop the playing style he has today in 2003  and in consequence to that style his recording debut "PoesiBjörnen" arrived in the winter of 2008 introducing poetry from his collection "Helande Poesi" (Healing Poetry) which had been released in 2005 by his own book publishing company, PoesiBjörnen.

Robert Wahlström

Robert composes, produces and plays music for theatre, folkmusic, electronica and improvises his music both on stage and in the studio.

He has many years experience as a musician, producer and sound engineer.

Thommy Wahström

Thommy has under many years polished and teased the unique soft tones from his soprano saxophone.  Tones that immediately capture the attention of the ears and create a pathway to the memory.

Thommy is a composer and instrumentalist.  He composes and performs within a vast sphere of music from finely tuned folk songs till crescendo inducing electro- acoustic pieces.  Within this broad universe there is a vast collection of music most of which is improvisational. There is a pure symbiosis direct from the inner feelings out to the instrument or the pen.

Thommy and Robert are brothers. They began creating sound early in their boyhood with wired up cassette recorders, synthesizers’ and an assortment of anything that made interesting sounds.

Lucie Zilkayová

Koorps own vocalist with her crystal clear, soft and unique voice unites her aura into an natural collaboration with the band.

Lucie is also a very talented and soulful dancer. 

She captures even here feelings with her body and ignites magic into fascinating living dance.
